What Makes This Condo Design Special
"Zen-Modern" Material Fusion
The design expertly bridges the gap between old and new. You see traditional Chinese lattice patterns (fretwork) on the glass entrance doors, which provides privacy while letting in natural light. This is paired with modern marble-clad reception desks and sleek, vertical timber slats that elongate the walls and create a sense of height and order.
Immersive Sensory Corridor
The hallway is a standout feature. It uses white river stones along the baseboards, illuminated by low-level recessed lighting. This "pathway" effect mimics a dry Japanese garden, signaling to the client that they are leaving the busy outside world and entering a peaceful, grounded space.
Signature Hydrotherapy Element
A unique highlight of this design is the traditional wooden soaking tub. Rather than a standard ceramic tub, the use of a cedar-style barrel tub reinforces the "Nature" in the brand name. This is set against large-format stone tiles, creating a luxury "onsen" or "bathhouse" feel within a compact footprint.
