What Makes This Retail Design Truly Distinctive
The "Atelier" Workshop Concept
Unlike typical retail stores that just display slabs, this design features The Atelier. It is a vast library where visitors can mix Cosentino surfaces with third-party materials like wallpapers, fabrics, tiles, and lighting. This allows designers to build complete moodboards on-site rather than just picking a single material.
Global "Firsts" in Architecture
This showroom was the first "City" location globally to showcase Dekton ultra-slim wall cladding at a thickness of only 4mm and a height of 6.25m. The 10-meter ceiling height is intentionally used to demonstrate large-scale architectural applications like ventilated facades and massive indoor wall installations that aren't possible in standard retail units.
Community-Centric Space
The space is designed to be social. It includes:
- A Live Kitchen: A fully functioning Dekton Laurent kitchen used for cooking demonstrations and networking.
- C-Bath Studio: A dedicated area for comprehensive bathroom applications, which was a first for the brand's "City" model showrooms.
- Open-Plan Networking Areas: Multi-functional spaces designed specifically for hosting design community events, workshops, and talks
