Project Overview
The workspace is characterized by a “work-play” hybrid philosophy. It utilizes an industrial-chic base exposed ceilings, dark teal/petrol blue ductwork, and track lighting balanced by warm, high-end millwork and natural textures. The layout is fluid, moving seamlessly from focused “deep work” zones (the desks) to high-energy social zones (the pool table and bar) and formal presentation areas.

A Space Where Every Detail Inspires
Organic Geometry & Softened Edges
Unlike many offices that rely on harsh right angles, this design uses curved architectural volumes. The light wood paneling wraps around corners in a soft, organic sweep. This "biomorphic" approach makes the space feel more approachable and less institutional.
Sophisticated Lighting Narrative
The lighting is the standout feature of this project. It uses a layered approach to define
different moods:
- Halo/Ring Lights: Large floating rings provide soft, ambient illumination in the social areas.
- Sculptural Pendants: The woven, "bird’s nest" style pendants in the corridors add texture and a sense of luxury.
- Cove Lighting: Hidden LED strips along the tops of walls and inside shelving create a "glow" that makes the ceilings feel higher and the wood feel warmer.
Bold Color Palette
The choice of a deep teal/petrol blue for the ceiling and accent walls is a brave departure from standard office whites or greys. This dark backdrop allows the natural oak wood and the "pops" of primary red (pool table and bar stools) to stand out vividly, creating a high-contrast, energetic environment.Halo/Ring Lights: Large floating rings provide soft, ambient illumination in the social areas.
Integrated "Biophilic" Details
The design integrates nature through built-in planters on top of storage units. This acts as a "living screen" between the desks and the walkway, providing privacy for employees without using tall, soul-crushing cubicle walls.
