Our professional team which consist of Qualified Architect (QP), Professional Engineer (PE) & Registered Inspector (RI) from various field are able to assist on professional engineering design plans submission and endorsement for approval by various government authorities (BCA, URA, FSSD, PUB & SP).

CIVIL & STRUCTURAL

With the professional certification (BCA registered contractor, CR01, CR06, GB2)
from local authority, our team are experience to handle building construction projects.

Brickwork & Wet Trade

Our specialist team able to perform cement screeding, plastering, skim coating, brick wall erection. Pre-cast
Wall installation, CMU laying to various type of tiling laying (marble, granite, homogeneous, mosaic tiles, glass tiles, pebble washes, cobble stone etc.)

Steel Structure

We provide value engineering design, fabrication and installation of structural steelwork for Commercial & Residential projects’ mezzanine/loft platform, awning, steel trellis & etc.

Demolition & Reinstatement

We even do demolition & reinstatement work, which includes removal, hacking and disposing of the debris. After the dismantling and disposing process, usually there will be painting, flooring and ceiling adjustments. We will ensure the reinstatement is hassle free,
completed by the dead line and handover to the unit/building owner.
