Project Overview
This HDB project prioritizes a “Cozy Multi-Functional” philosophy. By using a consistent wood-grain laminate across different rooms, the design creates a sense of continuous flow and warmth throughout the apartment. The project balances high-density storage with open, airy communal spaces to make the HDB feel significantly larger and more cohesive.

What Makes This HDB Design Special
Integrated Entertainment Wall
- The living room features a custom TV console that blends vertical wood textures with clean white cabinetry.It includes a mix of open shelving for personal displays and closed drawers to keep the area clutter-free.
The "Kitchen Bar" Transition
- The kitchen entryway is transformed into a functional social zone with a built-in bar counter.
- It features dual wine chillers integrated directly into the cabinetry and a glass- enclosed display for spirits, bridging the gap between the kitchen and the dining
Clever Spatial Dividers
- In the bedroom, a custom-designed wooden slat partition provides privacy for the sleeping area without blocking natural light or airflow.
Seamless Storage Solutions
- The master bedroom utilizes floor-to-ceiling minimalist wardrobes with sleek vertical handles that mimic the wood-paneling on the opposite wall, creating a balanced and symmetrical look.
Ambient Industrial Lighting
- The use of black track lighting in the bedrooms and a slim, linear pendant light over the dining table adds a subtle industrial touch that modernizes the warm wood theme.
Invisible Entrance
- By concealing the bathroom entrance, the room maintains a continuous, uninterrupted wood texture, making the sleeping area feel more like a private sanctuary.
